Each animal was given a speed limit by the Lord. If any of the animals were to exceed this speed limit, it would threaten their species and bring death to its individuals as often as the ocean tides. Man was the only animal who dared challenge this speed limit and created machines that would allow him to go faster, surpassing his speed limit. As the penalty for crossing the limit was already decided, man was jeopardized by car accidents, plane crashes, sinking ships and what not.
