Two people started arguing to find out who was right and who was wrong. But they failed to come to a conclusion. So they went to a third person to take his opinion and act accordingly. The two arguers couldn't convince the third to decide who was right and wrong. So then each of the two sought the help of two other people to convince the third who was right and wrong. ~ This is better known as court justice.
