Windows

Whenever you meet a person, you can never be too sure about what kind of a person the other guy could be. It's as if his first impression on you is what you see of the other person through a window. Whenever I look through my front window, what do I see? I see the door and the two windows of the house in front of me. But When I go outside and look, I can see the whole house. If I was to describe what I was seeing through the window, I would only be describing a part of the scene ~ the door and two windows. But if I was to go outside or look through a bigger window, I would be able perceive more and therefore describe more. That's exactly what happens, when you go out describing someone, you describe what you see through the 'window' around the person and that's also the case when another says something about you, what he describes is his what he sees of you through the window around you, so its pretty likely he might be missing something from view. I guess that's why they say its always best to not pay much attention to what others think of you, cause after all, you know your house better than your neighbors can see it from their window.
