The excitement before going to a trip is quite a unique excitement. Just 2 days later, you'll be in a foreign area, away from home, touring around. When it comes to excitement, expectations come too. Going to Paris? You might be expecting to see the Eiffel Tower, from your suite window. But then you get there and get a room without any view. It'll most probably disappoint you, won't it? A disappointment is what happens when you get less then what you had expected. It might have happened to you when you order a pizza on the phone, but when he brings it to your doorstep, the pizza guy leaves you wondering if this was what you really ordered. Yet another disappointment dealt with. After I had expected too much from a trip, I came back home not too pleased with my vacation. So I assured myself next time I won't expect anything great from a trip, so I'd end up surprising myself. And that's exactly what happened. I came back surprised with a mind full of great memories!
