Crumpled Paper

As often as the week ends, we sometimes come across a thought that we want to get rid of, we want to keep it out of our mind. But as hard as we try, somehow that thought just finds its way back into our thoughts.
But there is a way you can, I like to call it, Crumpled paper therapy. Here's how you do it,
Think of the unwanted thought and imagine it on a piece of paper, in picture form or word form anyway you prefer. Then imagine it getting crumbled into a small paper ball. Use your imagination and destroy that piece of paper. For example, I want to get rid of the thought that I accidentally broke my favorite vase. I'd imagine the broken vase drawn on the paper. Then I would see that paper getting crumpled. I would take the crumpled ball and throw it into a river and the ball will get washed away in the river. Then the ball will flow into the ocean and get eaten by a fish and in turn that fish will get eaten by another one until it gets eaten by a shark. That shark will get fished out by a fisherman and sold in the market for money, they'll make meat out of it, someone will eat that meat and finally that crumpled piece of paper with your unwanted thought will be in the stomach of a fortunate person.
If you want, you can be practical. You can actually write the thought down on a piece of paper, crumple it and do anything with it, flush it down the toilet, light it on fire throw it into the yonder.... anything not too dangerous! It some times feels good to crumple paper. Especially with that thought on it.
