What you want

One thing that irritates a man is when the other man does not listen to him. It can be pretty irritating and can leave you mad for the rest of the day. But there's one way to win the other guy's way of thinking. You have to make him want to do what you suggested or rather demanded for, or you can even make the other guy feel bad that he didn't follow your suggestion. Like a few days ago an acquaintance of mine told me to sit somewhere else but I did not listen to him so he went to sit somewhere else saying, "I thought you were a good friend." That did kinda make me feel bad but I didn't let it get to my inner-self. Another way to follow that is to make the other guy jealous, or involve him in a competition, as if he's not the only one who's doing what he should be doing or is doing.
